The Age of Equity: Re-evaluating Perspective

The Society of Design Arts (SoDA), AIGA Baltimore, and Stevenson University held this talk with Ebony Kenney. With special Guests: Nicole Fall, Joe Carter Brown and Keith Rich.

Beginning with a deep dive into a User Experience process that can be used to advance social justice, this talk introduces consciousness into our process of building Safe Third Spaces. We ask, in these hybrid spaces, what considerations could we make that we haven't considered before about the safety and belongingness of a user, uncovering unknown unknowns. And what responsibilities do we have as wielders of art?
